A tortoise-inspired pouf in rich waxed leather brings character and refinement to classic interiors. The tufted seat echoes the segments of a shell, finished with neat buttoning and a fine line of nailhead trim. Solid wood is hand carved to form the head and feet, grounding the low profile with artisan detail.
Built on a sturdy frame of solid wood and MDF, the piece is generously padded for comfortable lounging as a footrest or compact seat. The waxed leather has a smooth sheen and will develop a graceful patina with use, enhancing its depth of color.
Rooted in European classic style, this pouf fits naturally in a living room beside a leather sofa, at the end of a bed, in a dressing room for putting on shoes, or in a hallway as an accent. Its playful silhouette meets traditional craftsmanship, adding a distinctive note without overwhelming the room.
