Perhaps the most important stage is creating a workspace that takes care of your health. To do this, carefully choose adjustable-height tables and ergonomic chairs with an S-shaped back that will support your posture and relieve the tension. Try to find models with synchronous mechanisms that will adapt to your body position. Do not forget about feet and keyboard stands to reduce stress on your back and joints.
Surround yourself with colors that stimulate your work. Of course, this is a very delicate and subjective issue. But as numerous studies show, light and neutral shades will give a feeling of spaciousness and tranquility, blue and green color palettes will reduce anxiety and improve concentration, dosed yellow will support and set a positive mood even on cloudy days, and bright juicy accents, such as turquoise or coral, will increase motivation and energy.
