Frames for future sofas, beds, and other furniture are produced in the woodworking shop at one of our suppliers' factories. Solid larch and beech are the primary materials used to ensure quality and durability.
For premium upholstered furniture, Chinese manufacturers use high-quality polyurethane foam of varying densities depending on the brand and type of furniture.
For example, some models are made with highly elastic polyurethane, which has enhanced characteristics: hypoallergenic properties and even weight distribution. This material recovers well from deformation and can last 15 to 20 years without losing its properties with regular use.
Another commonly used material is memory foam. It conforms to the shape of the body, providing maximum comfort.
To achieve even greater comfort, manufacturers use a down layer, which varies depending on the brand and type of furniture.
For some models, fine down is used, giving the furniture a soft and airy feel. In contrast, more extensive down is employed to create a denser filling for others.
Once the furniture is ready, it undergoes a thorough inspection in a designated area at the factory to ensure that it meets all quality standards. Only after the inspection is completed, the furniture is loaded into a container and shipped to its destination.
