Modular house construction is a method of building in which modular houses or their individual blocks are prepared in factories and then delivered to the owner and installed on a prepared site.
The process of constructing a modular house:
Additional information about modular houses, their advantages, and the production stages can be found in this video:

Thanks to the production of modular houses or individual modules in a factory, the assembly of the structure on a prepared site takes much less time than traditional construction. In addition, the construction of modular prefab houses eliminates the need to adapt to weather conditions. Structures prepared in a factory will not get wet in the rain and will not absorb moisture, and the external finishing will be very neat.
Manufacturing modules in a factory ensures the high quality of construction materials and the durability of the structure. Due to excellent insulation and energy efficiency, prefab houses are suitable for year-round living. It is important to note that the main construction materials of modular houses do not lose their properties at temperatures ranging from approximately -30 to +35 °C. With the use of advanced materials and technologies, heating and air conditioning costs are significantly reduced.
A modular house offers the opportunity to change the layout and appearance of the rooms, satisfying the individual preferences of the customers. Clients can choose from a ready-made modular house design or create their own modular house plan; select lighting and interior items; and add decorative elements. Customers can also request upgraded insulation, solar panels, or heated floors.
The ability to move modern modular houses from one location to another makes their use more flexible and convenient for owners. If needed, individual modules can be dismantled and sequentially relocated to another site. Modular houses are often equipped with their own power supply, water supply, and sewage system, making them independent of municipal networks.
